GUEST SPEAKER  Senator Kit Jennings, Sen District 28 [Natrona] started his message with numerous historical quotes  that backed the Second Amendment or came from those opposed.  Then he reviewed the process to get the in State concealed carry without a license legislation herded thru both houses.
